We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within stated timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Delays do not constitute grounds for service fee refunds unless delays exceed 30 days beyond stated delivery timeframes.
Service fees are payable in full before service delivery commences. All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment secures your place in our service queue and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations requested before work commences will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Once work has commenced, no refunds are available. Work is considered commenced when site inspections are scheduled or research begins.
All reports, analysis, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of moon-vector. You receive a non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal property acquisition purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our reports.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property interests and will not disclose which properties you are evaluating to third parties without your explicit consent.
While we strive for accuracy, property information is sourced from public records, direct inspection, and third-party sources. We cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of all data points, and you should verify critical information independently.
Information about off-market properties is provided in confidence. You agree not to approach property owners directly without engaging appropriate representation and not to disclose off-market opportunities to other parties.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Brisbane, Queensland, under Australian law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Brisbane, Queensland for resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
